At the same time, Laigang has also obtained the certification of the Ministry of Construction: the first-class "qualification for general contracting of housing construction projects and the" second-class "qualification for special engineering design of light housing steel structures (single-layer rigid frame, row frame, multi-layer frame, net frame and net shell). This indicates that Laigang can independently build buildings with higher building requirements such as more than 25 floors, a height of more than 100 meters, and a single building area of 30000 square meters.

The development of steel structure housing is one of the easiest production methods to realize industrialization, and it is also the most in line with the national industrial technology policy of protecting arable land and saving energy.
